Thank you for your customer support reply which I have been dealing with since September 11. [I have been given the runaround for this entire time, which I have wasted a lot more time than I would have preferred.]
Thank you for having a look at my issue with my missing reward. I did send screenshots in regards to the missing rewards for 155 SimCash to be earned. I believe around the time, I had to update the app animal restaurant which may have resulted in the glitch of not receiving for the (Optional) Watch Ads 180 times as I have received every reward after and prior to this particular issue.
In the Sims Mobile App, the rewards are showing up as claimed. However, I have never received the 155 Sims Cash. I have received every other reward after this particular issue.
I have previously contacted TapJoy, and they stated to have already processed the rewards on their end and have asked me to contact the game app support directly.
I am still looking for my missing 155 Sim Cash as I have not received my rewards that I have earned as of yet.
