SIMS MOBILE ITEM LIMIT QUEST FAIL

As an EA user and SIMS player I expect that I can have as many windows as I can pay for. And I expect that quest items (this is the Luxury quest that is ongoing) will not MAC out my storage.

It cost me the winnings, the Ornate Door and Window set. They aren't in my inventory and I spent $$$$ on SimCash to finish the quest rapidly.

Are you experiencing the same problem??? Any idea on how to get the DEVeloper team to allow us to manage our own storage??

I recently submitted this bug and received 3 emails where whatever outsourced responder must not have read the bug report. It took 3 emails for them to read the report and get a clue. Further more I was asked to post here in the forums to get the DEV team's attention. To me that's working off the clock. Sound familiar???

The item limit is a known thing, but your Door and Window set not showing up is something else. 

Are you sure that they don't show in your storage?
