SIMS MOBILE FIX HELP!

hi my brother switched from old phone to a new phone but when he logged back into the sims mobile it took everything he has bought and worked for gone and replaced with boxes and broken "moved out" look, why is that and is there away he can fix it?

Did you brother save his game to the cloud? Has he restored it and it now looks wonky or did he not see a restore option?
