 Every time you hear an announcement or people talking about Angara, Ryder repeats her line about the Angara being great Allies and so on.

Even when placing the Booster on Voeld and turning on the Broadcast, it says about Angara, she then says the line.

I have the same problem since launch, every time i go to the Nexus Ryder says this randownly.
