Hey everyone,
Regarding the Error: 2000 issue.
What can help is is to remove the Battlefield V document folder, this will remove bad settings and cached information.
OBS: This will remove all settings and local progression for single player.
Thank you for your patience!

@EA_Atic I have the same problem. Battlefield 4 and 1 work and there is no such problem. I tried everything and the provider called he says sending packets is going fast.

Hey @11sslon11, I'm assuming it's saying you can't go Online? Wha kind of troubleshooting have you done to try to solve it?

@EA_Atic
1) I used everything that is written in this site
https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/faq/not-able-to-connect-to-online-play/
2) changed DNS
3)and what was written above did not help either

Hey @11sslon11, are you PC or console?
Can you try to use a 4g device as a network source and then connect to Battlefield V to see if that improves it for you.
Let me know how that works for you.
