Something odd is that your router doesn't have an IP address. It doesn't look like it's allowing pings. We can't get any data from it. Hop 11 is pretty high, but that's the only one I'm seeing with any issues. Other than nothing from your router. What country are you in?

You should use the European IP for the test. The domain you used goes to a server in the US. That IP is 159.153.72.252. Also, is your router behind a firewall?
