Rivals loading forever

im loading into a rivals game and it won't load in it just says loading with the 3 dots and is stuck. 5 minutes later it says you have lost connection to your opponent. I tried reinstalling like 2 times already and clearing cache and it still doesn't work. I can't even play practice or chew it does the same thing. PLZ someone help.

What system are you playing on? Also, are you on a wired or wireless connection? It would also be good to check the network settings screen on your console and check what the NAT is set to.
