Rey event tier 6 [ Edited ]

I was doing this Battle to get ultimate material and happened me something strange.

With one character taunting i used Finn aoe and kylo's guards attacked (retribution) Finn and killed him.

I did last 5 times and didnt happen that because they always attacked the character with taunt, but today was different because they avoid that buff.

According to this, game failed and made me wasting 70 tickets due ti something that never had to happen

Edit:

I contacted ea support and they told me there is a problem there with some players and they are investigating

I suppose we will be returned back those tickets wasted soon

Not sure what they wrote in EA support, but I faced something similar with losing rewards for that event. I was just told that there is no way that they can give back the tickets or the ability material

So bug there, and no solution
