Rewards tab locked in game

Now it opens but I have none of the armor or the gun

I have paid the 80 dollars for the legion of dawn edition of anthem and I didn’t get any of the armor packs or the gun how do I fix please help asap

I have tried evrthing and up to this point, it is still not working.

For some reason my rewards tab in game is locked and I can’t access it.

all i'm trying to do is get my pre order bonuses.

I play on PC,  so I use origin.

I am around level 14 now in Anthem and my rewards Tab is still greyed out and can't be accessed.

When will this be fixed ?????????

I have this same problem.  I have been going back and forth with EA's terrible customer service for 4 days and still nothing.  Also bought shards that have not been credited to my account.  They are supposedly working on that too...

Did you ever get this fixed?  Guessing not...

Yes, I have, a long time ago, I can craft and everything but my rewards tab is still locked. Same with collectibles which you are supposed to be able to use on missions, that's also locked, even though it says i can craft and use them, it is locked. And based on videos on youtube, i have done everything that is required already for it to be unlocked.

Hey my rewards tab is still grayed out, hence, cannot access any rewards at all. I'm lev 30 been playing a while and yes I've tried to reinstall the game. Got a standard edition game. Thanks
