Returning player not getting emails

Hello, i'm attempting to recover my Display ID (even though i'm sure of what it is I just need it for password recovery) so I can start playing again. I know for sure the email i'm using is correct because i've used the same email for games since I was like 12. However, i'm not receiving the emails at all? Has anyone else had this issue?

If the emails are not arriving you are best to call swtor cs so they assist further
