Returning player. Lost physical security key.

Been out of the game for a few years. Got new PC and wanted to play SWTOR again but can’t login because I can’t find my security key. Searched the web and can’t find any solutions. Doesn’t give me the option to remove security key from the site. Any solutions would be appreciated.

In the same boat. No way to unlock my account. No way to contact EA. Phone line just has a recorded message and cuts off.

Guess I won't be playing this again.

If you do not have the security key and the auto removal method per this guide does not work , as it needs a valid username and password then calling support to remove the key manually is the way to go. I checked with cs if there was any issues with the phone lines and nothing has been reported as they are taking calls.
