Returning Player, Missing Skins from Season 1

Hey, everyone!
Over the past few months, I've gotten back into apex and have been really enjoying the game. I played back in 2019 when it first launched, and got the season 1 premium battle pass when that launched. I leveled it up to tier 53, but I kind of drifted away from the game at that point. Anyways, I've noticed that some of the skins that I should have are not on my account, like the Night Terror skin for wraith or the Honored Prey skin for the R-301, as well as some missing quips and other stuff. I have the other skins, like Survivor for wraith and Outlaw for mirage. Has anyone else had an issue like this? Who can I contact for help? I'm no longer in the U.S. so I can't call support.
Any info/help would be much appreciated, hope everyone is having fun with season 16
