I have been an on and off subscriber and was about to start playing again when I realized I wasn't able to log into my account. I lost my old email address (it was completely closed) and have gotten a new phone & can't reregister the app because I don't have my serial number. I still know the password, username, etc, I can even see my purchase history on my EA account (different email). I tried emailing support a few times, but I haven't heard anything in about 5 days. Is there anything I can do other than hope they notice and respond? I really don't want to lose all the content I have on the account...
