Resolving Lost Accounts
If You Are Not Signed Into Google Play
- Launch the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes application
- From the Home Screen, select the Settings gear icon in the top left corner
- Select the Sign In To Google Play option from the lists
- Google will present available account(s) to sign in with
- Choose the account that you were using prior to the update
- Click OK
- You should now be signed into your account
If You Are Already Signed Into A Google Play Account
- Launch the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes application
- From the Home Screen, select the Settings gear icon in the top left corner
- Select Google Play Achievements
- Tap on the 3 vertical dots in the top right corner
- Select Settings
- Note the account you are “Currently signed in as"
- If you are signed into the wrong account, click the back arrow
- Click the back arrow from the achievements window to return to the in-game Settings menu
- Select the Sign Out of Google Play option from the lists
- Click Confirm to sign-out and have the application restart
- When presented to either Play as Guest or Sign Into Google Play, select the option to Sign Into Google Play
- Google will present available account(s) to sign in with
- Choose the account that you were using prior to the update
- Click OK
- You should now be signed into your account
If You Don’t Have A Sign-In or Sign-Out Option
Please verify this is the case by:
- Launching the Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes application
- From the Home Screen, select the Settings gear icon in the top left corner
- Verify that there are no buttons for Google Play Achievements or Sign out of Google Play
If there are no options for signing in or signing out of Google Play, please contact Customer Support for further assistance.
