Worst support ever, the team does not respond at all, I had my account banned, I was unbanned and then I played for like 15 minutes and got banned again, my wife made a new account and she got banned after a few minutes, of course I am not going to waste any more of my time to prove my innocence, I am left with 2 banned accounts after almost 1 week of tickets and calls on my money and no actual resolution.
If I would have been face to face with the TOS team right now I would spit in their faces.

Experiencing the same issue. They seem to take a long time to respond and I fear they will leave my account banned despite it being hijacked.
I don't think they will even bother to IP-trace when the suspicious activity had occurred. I literally put in over $400.00 into my account. This is disgusting treatment.
