Resolution issues

Game will get stuck at a black screen when started (If a custom resolution setting is in affect) this can be bypassed if you click the application on the taskbar when it's starting but you will automatically be switched to borderless window instead of full screen and if you try to switch back you'll be met with the black screen again.
