Reset password and sign in

I’ve changed my password but still the game wouldn’t sign in and it’s advising me to change password again

@Rotblut Yeah, we did. That doesn't help, and you would know that IF YOU ACTUALLY LISTENED.

I’m currently having the same problem. I made a new EA account to post this. I reset my pw the other day and it still says an error message after I input my email, and have yet to receive an email to reset my original account pw.

If you're not seeing the password reset emails come through, please reach out to support directly.

We're unable to get this reset on the forums, but if you create a new case an advisor can take a look at the account with you to help get this cleared up.
