Reset password…again??

Hello all,

 

I have recently logged onto my apex legends account.  However, every time I try to log on the game is telling me to reset my password…over and over…again.  I’ve done it multiple times and it still does not work.  I have signed into EA to check if I have any accounts linked to the game and I do not.  If anyone could help me out I’d appreciate it.

Hey @q7chs2h3kvub,

If you're constantly being told to reset your password, and resetting it is having no effect, then it seems to me that whatever you're logging in with (Be it Steam, or a console) is linked to an old or disabled EA account. If you log in here with your EA account details, do you see your console/Steam account linked?

If you don't, then you'll need to contact live support. They can take a look for you and help you find whatever EA account is linked to wherever you're trying to sign in with:

https://help.ea.com/en/contact-us/

They should be able to help you get back in to your games.

It sounds like you're trying to log in to a disabled account. Are you trying to log in on a console or another non-Origin/EA App platform?

Any news on fixing this issue cause ea support doesn’t seem like they care?

@EA_QueenBee Contact live support how y’all only accept emails and I’ve emailed y’all 4 times and the issue still hasn’t been resolved

If you're having issues contacting them via a chat or phone, then try choosing different problem categories and you should eventually see the option for a live chat/call.

 

If that also isn't working, then you can always try contacting our social team instead via one of the following options:

  • Twitter - Select the message icon to get assistance 
  • Facebook - You can select the 'send message' option on the accounts home page.

They can also help with this issue.
