Request to replace the current account ID with the original account ID

I used to have an account ID of GYXKLW, now I want to use the ID of the original account for the new account, but I forgot the password and email address of the previous account. May I ask how to retrieve the original account or use the name of the original account

You wouldn't be able to do this unless you request a complete deletion of all the data EA has about your account, because you can't use an ID that already exists, and SWTOR accounts can't be renamed. 

In any case if you want to retrieve any information about an account, you can give a call to SWTOR CS! For your own security we can't do this via the forums, but if you pass the security verification on the phone they should be able to provide the information you're looking for.
