One time reward tab worked, redeemed LoD stuff, went to forge and it wasn’t there.  Went back to store and rewards tab was greyed out and inaccessible.

Did not appear, created a new character and the rewards tab appeared only to disappear again with no rewards. Have no current access to the rewards tab on any character.

Hey email cust support about the shards, they should be able to fix that.  They fixed it for me pretty quickly.  LoD content still missing.... but I have my shards at least.
