I replied previously about my LoD content not appearing (still unresolved), but I also have an issue with purchased shards not appearing for use in game. Has anyone else had this problem? Are there known work arounds? EA chat support was not at all helpful in trying to resolve.

Rewards doesn’t open at all
Was purchased with a code on the wrong gamer tag. I understand LOD won’t show up but my rewards tab isn’t even unlocked and have over 20 hours logged.

I had the shards problem (XboxOne) at the start, and fixed it by deleting the LoD DLC and reinstallinging it... fixed the shards, but not the LoD content... good luck!!

Dead game... It's been two months since release, I still only have 1 out of 2 vip demo vinyls because the other one has "ran out" or whatever excuse that is. The developers aren't focused on fixing this anymore they're trying to save their game not understanding that simple unlock fixes like this, should be priority. Understanding the idea that little things that should've work need to work. Again Dead game sorry Ninja, Gl to you, I'd unsubscribe to this forum.
