Report Feature Hardly Ever Works

When you try to report someone for hacking or cheating on console, the report feature barely ever works. It always take you to their account profiles and not the report menu. I think it has only worked a few times at that for me. It needs fixed because there is a lot of cheaters out there in this game alone.
