Repair Results in constant downloading

I ran into a few errors when playing so I decided to try a repair in Origin. Now it keeps re-downloading the same 8gb file over and over again. I tried uninstalling Origin, deleting all cache files and uninstalling Apex. Now the download is 13.17GB and keeps re downloading it. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Mine just crashed now and I decided to run a repair and it is downloading 8GB, I hope it is not the same issue and it will re-download it multiple times, I will post back after it is finished downloading.

I left it on overnight and it re downloaded over 500GB! I have an internet usage cap and I am now exceeding it so this mishap will cost for over $50! Thanks a ton EA
