Removing Security key

Hello,

i was contacting support a week ago with response that I should quote verification code, which I did and I didn't get any response, my problem is that I don't have a security key for a while and now I cant access my account. The option for "lost security key?" is not available on my site of swtor.com (have no idea why). All I get is a "LOGIN FAILED", I also found out that if you have 12 character password or more you can have problems with logon. I tried to contact support another time, but with no response.

Whats the swtor username can then confirm they received your email response with the verification code

@proxos666 if I added my swtor username? in the response of the first mail, I didn't because it said to quote the verification code. And in the second one, I didn't, but It was sent 3 days ago and I didn't get a response, so I'm not sure what to do here.

support managed to locate the swtor account without the username, and can see you have a email/ticket is in the queue to remove the security key so it should be sorted over the next few days i would presume as usual time in the queue is 5 days

@proxos666 And where can i see my ticket in queue? Well its been 9 days already thats why im writing here if theres anything i can do
