Hi Everyone.
I would like to resub but I lost my physical dongle that I used for 2-way authentication.
In the FAQ they said to log without it and the option "Lost your Security Key?" will appears. (support: https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/star-wars/star-wars-the-old-republic/swtor-security-key-faqs/)
But it does not. I'm just back to the same exact text with the addition of "Login Failed"
Any options?

Login failed would indicate the password is wrong , you are best to call swtor cs to get this resolved they can remove the key after being verified as the account holder
