Not receiving Apex Packs or tokens after new level cap

Yea I’m level 523 or prestige 1 level 23 and have been stuck at 800 legend tokens and no packs this has be frustrating because I’m trying to unlock the new character 😭

Hey I was wondering why I’m not getting legend tokens when I level up I’m past level 500 and in the new season I’m green rank 6 and it shows me that I get them but I’m not why is that?

Hi again, we have a little update, a fix for this is aimed for next week but there isn't an established date yet.

Why release a game with bugs? I m losing tokens right now! Before at least on lvl 500 we got apex tokens to spend

Now i lvl 40 prestige and losing apex packs and tokens! FIX THIS YESTERDAY, I SPEND A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS

@tzig2307 Lost? you didn't lose anything, the game registers that you should've gotten the rewards, once they fix it you'll get all of them lol

At the start of season 13 some of my friends and I lost all/most of our legend tokens, my friend lost 73k while I lost 117k, and ever since then leveling up no longer gives me legend tokens or apex packs
