@Luc1a22 and @chirba97 Please give a shot at @Phantomlover1717 post above. I'm also having the issue in other topic. But slightly different. But I'm seeing progress in the way. In the worst situation, they won't give it all back but suggest you make new ID and some compensation. Better try it than nothing.
*Remember to not give the credentials like password. Player ID is needed to forward, but make sure they are from the real EA Advisor or the EA helper.
