I'm very sorry for the frustration here. We have no way to issue refunds through Answers HQ. You'll need to contact support for the service you purchased the points through. iTunes or Google Play. They should be able to assist with refunds.

Oh, I've already requested them to refund about one month ago.
Unfortunately they are not able to do it.
So I've been contacting you guys for a month.
But I still haven't got my money back either item back.
I just paid money for nothing.
And you guys didn't do anything about this issue.
I would like to know direct contact number or email.
I don't want to use helpless EA support website anymore.
I did enough.

When it comes to mobile games, those payments don't go through our systems so we can't refund you. If you want to talk to an advisor, the best way to do that is by using the instructions I previously provided. You also can contact our support team through Facebook at facebook.com/eahelphub.

Good luck. I told them to not renew my subscription and they charged my credit card anyway!
