I've been billed (again) as I couldn't log in to EA ahead of the re-bill to cancel. I can't find an email or live chat option, and when I call the UK Customer Services line (which I've done now more than 10 times) I'm told to come here to find other ways to contact EA. I can't see any other way to contact EA.
Is there a way I can email someone or open a ticket?
Hey there! As I understand it, you've tried to contact EA regarding your subscription for SWTOR, which is probably not the best idea considering SWTOR has their own customer support. You can take a look at this guide on how to contact customer support (they list phone numbers and operational hours there, which you'll have to do as they only handle account/billing issues over the phone).
