Referral link problem

Hi!

I have tried to use several referral links to get 7 days of playtime...But I get the famous "this referral already exist" message...

Here are my status

¤ I have preferred status.
¤ I have used a referral back in Feb -19 and after that subbed for a month to Mar 22 -19, nothing after that (Checked my payment history).
¤ Haven't played the game since my sub ended.
¤ Can't seem to be an easy way to contact support as preferred...atleast I have not found any.

So if anyone can help it is much appreciatad!

Apologize for the delay in a response.  Have you been able to resolve this issue?  When was the last time your subscription ended?
