Referal link big bug. Didn't got that 7days of free sub.

Hi,
I have a problem with Referal Link I used 2 days ago.
I'm former sub of course and as said I used link and I got mailed I'm now a sub. On page it says I had 13 days of sub. Of course it it a bug number 1.
Secondly and more importantly I'm not a sub. I didn't get that 7 days free sub. In game or in forum I'm still preffered. That player I used referal got informed I used link.
Don't know what to say more. What happened and is there a chance it'll be fixed?

@KubekLek the referral doesn't actually make you a subscriber.  It just gives access to features and settings that subscribers get but things like story content that you didn't have access to or a level cap don't change with a referral.

It is mainly to get an item bundle in the mail and, faster XP and access to features like titles.
