Really bad fps? Fix? [ Edited ]

Hello there. I've installed my friend this game, but his FPS is hell. He can barely walk, despite playing GTAv and CS:GO good. Even if we lower all settings, he gliches and lags, you cannot even shot properly. I think there is some problem with the game? 

Computer:

A8-7600 processor, 1050TI Gaming video card and 12 GB of ram DDR 3 (1600) and SSD 500 GB ... ssd is brand new with fresh windows and the video card is new too. 

Every drive is up to date.

This guy is playing with nearly the same processor and integrade video card without any problem.

Has your friend tried starting up his PC in a Clean Boot to see if that makes any difference at all? If there's anything else running on the PC at the same time that may help to get around it. For more information on how to set one up check out the EA Help website.
