i am a subscriber, and today downloaded the security key app, when i go to set it up i open the app and there are 2 boxes that come up, 1 is asking for a 7 digit serial number, and the second is asking for a 20 digit activation code, now when i go to the game website and click on set up a new mobile security key, a screen comes up with a 16 digit alpha numeric code and it is telling me to enter this into my phone, well another problem is that when i tap on one of the boxes on my phone only a number pad comes up, so aside from the number of characters conflicting even if it was asking for the correct number of characters i would not be able to put in any letters, can someone help me out here please....................

I just ran into this exact same problem. It turns out there are 2 SWTORSK security apps in the Play store. Uninstall your old app and go find the one listed below. This is the one you want:

Jun 15 SWTOR upgraded their back-end server software to support their new RFC 6238 TOTP authenticator mobile applications.

Any Security Key application prior to Jun 15 can no longer be attached.

The following can now be used , swtor application doesn't need to be specifically used anymore.

I've noticed an issue with my security key, it seems to get out of sync or something and it gets harder to enter one that gets accepted. I had to enter it  closer and closer to the time when a new one is generated but now I have to enter it well into the timer of the next (so I can see the next key and the line is down to 80% by the time the one that used to be displayed actually works).

I'm using the iPhone app, thanks for help.
