Problem solved i deinstalled fraps and the game loaded normally.

When i start nfs payback i get a black screen(hear the audio). hearing the audio i can identify that i am able to control the game. But i don't see anything. (Gaming on pc: i7 4790 and a gtx 1050ti)

What to do if you do not have fraps installed ? but still have black screen and Audio?  im running my game in windows10 with DirectX12 is that a problem?  

i could really use some help here getting a bit sad and annoyed about this

To help prevent any other software interfering with the game you can try a clean boot before starting the game: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/929135

This can also be due to an underspec issue, compare your specs to the minimum:

Had the exact same problem (audio playing but screen was black). For me the problem was TeamViewer.

Started troubleshooting with msconfig (disabling potential problems 1 after 1).

1. Press Windows+R type msconfig and press enter:

 

2. Go to the Services tab and check Hide all Microsoft services.

 -Now look for TeamViewer, Fraps, or whatever similar programs you may have installed and uncheck them, press apply and restart your computer.

I would like to keep TeamViewer running thought so please me tell if you guys find a way to temporarily disable TeamViewer when launching the game.

I am able to play the game but in a portable screen, the max screen doesn't work!!

when i run the game it goes fullscreen and becomes black screen with audio. how can i fix this? is there a way not to run in fullscreen as i cant see anything (option menu) or is there a fix?
