Sims mobile is not loading

Same, the game crashes right after loading. It has been 3 days like this already and nobody cares.

@Aenima4 Hi, could you give more information about what is happening in your game?
What device are you playing? Were you able to update your game this week?

I suggest the basic troubleshooting but not uninstalling/reinstalling the app.

Firstly my character was bugged, he is replaced with npc named Vikram Arora, and I can't do anything with him, he can't move out or get his birthday, nothing, he is stuck, and my own character Adam is in the household but non playable, last time I clicked on npc, the game crushed, and it has been crushing since then. I reported about all these issues but they said in my cases it is not fixable. How is that possible? Hahh
