Got Hacked this morning!! [ Edited ]

my account was hacked and i had over 560. dollers charged to me. i am not getting any assistance from swtor at all. i have summited a ticket in game and sent an email. how long do i have to way to get some help? i can not even log into the web site cause of the temporay password to secure my account cause i am not getting a email for that as well.
