actually can you also just restart the computer and see if the crash remains

Restarting didnt help but here is the dxdiag file

Hmm there is no crash details in the dxdiag, if there is nothing in the reliability monitor as well it is odd.

if you right mouse click and select run as administrator on launcher.exe is there any change ?

Nothing happens not even the error message pops up

I tried searching for reliability in the windows search bar but all that came up was some readme.txt from other games. And if i try searche for reliability history aswell there is absolutely nothing coming up

Push the windows key and type 

perfmon /rel

then push enter

Have you added launcher.exe to the antivirus and firewall exception lists ?

if you want to try something else as well, if you grab the entire Star Wars-The Old Republic and paste that to say c:\games folder is there any change starting launcher.exe ?

i added the launcher to the exeption list and the game has started with no patching or install required. I think it should work from here on out but if the problem persist later on in the future shall i just post my problem here again?. Thank you so much for the help i really appreciate this especially since this has been going on for 2 hours now.
