Hey @Jd8jd22,
The easiest way to clear the cache on your PS4 is through a power cycle. Shut down the PS4 (turn it all the way off, don't put it in Rest Mode), then remove the power cable from the back of the console. Let it sit for about 60 seconds, then plug it back in and start it back up.
That should be enough to clear the cache. Let me know if you're still running into the same issues after that. Thanks!
