Having the same issue.

I also had to wait 8 days to get my 500 CC's after I subbed.

I'm seeing a pattern here of EA taking my money and sitting on it until they are good and ready to deliver my loot.

@DmG_Brimstone I can see that you've received the digital upgrade items on the same day you purchased them. 

Please check your mailbox in game if a character has not gotten them yet.

I moved your message to it's own thread since the orevipre thread was from 2 years ago.

In regards to not receiving coins there was that issue this last weekend where coins were not being granted.  Did you sub around this time to get your coins?  Have you still not received them?
