Hello
Currently I have been having issues with my mouse disabling througout the game and I have checked whether it is the mouse or the specific game and can conclude it is specifically the game. By that I mean it only occurs in Apex Legends. I tried turning off discord overlay, origin overlay, specific settings set for apex.
Whenever the mouse turns off, the windows sounds of removing an usb cable appears. So I've checked my bios and several windows settings for instance in the power management, however I highly doubt that it has something to do with my pc considering that the problem only occur in Apex Legends.
Kind regards Chris

Can't say that I have seen this issue affecting any other users @Chrisz123132 and I would say that it is most likely an issue with the mouse of your system. If you are hearing the disconnection sound then this would point to a possible issue with the mouse. Can you try a different USB port on your system to see if it makes a difference?

I have already tried to use the other usb ports that my pc offers, but none of them seems to fix the problem, i might try another mouse that aren't Razor, maybe that could cause the issue. But other than that, i honestly dont think there is a sollution to my problem that i havent tried yet.

Alternatively you can google the manufacturer of the mouse and check for driver updates.

Okay, try this:
Right click your windows icon and open device manager.
under Human interface devices and mice and other pointing devices, update the drivers under the name of your mouse.
Other users (other forums) report cable issues with there mouses.
try moving the mouse cable in random angles and see if it disconnects.

What is your gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name? MoM_Moxxi
Please provide your squad mates' gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account name if possible. mrhoward1
Which Legend were you playing (if applicable)? any
Which Legends were your squad mates using (if applicable)? any
Where did the issue occur? In a match
Which part of the map or menu were you in? If you don't remember the exact name, please describe the area or what you were trying to do in the menu. This occurs any time in game
What were you doing when the issue occurred? E.g. respawning a squad mate at a beacon, using an ability, a squad mate left the game. Anything
Did your squad mates also experience the issue? I don't know
How many matches had you played in a row before the issue occurred? It happens in any match
When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) Happened the first time I played (day after launch)
How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
How severe is your issue? Major impacts to gameplay
What happens when the bug occurs? Any time I adjust the volume up or down more than one tick the game presents a command overflow error and crashes. It appears that the volume knob is somehow bound to the select fire option - if I turn it only 1 click, it changes the select fire rate on my gun (if it has one). In my keybinds the only keybind set to this option is “B”. I also checked Razer Synapse and it is not bound there. My husband (mrhoward1 in Origin) has the same keyboard and experiences the exact same issue.
What should be happening instead? The knob should just adjust volume and not select fire rate
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? The only way I can think for you to replicate the issue would be to use the keyboard yourselves.

What happens when the bug occurs? Turning the volume up or down while using the media control knob on my Razer Huntsman Elite causes a command overflow and crashes the game if I move the wheel more than one tick in either direction. Somehow, it seems to be linked to the select fire option, though it is not listed in the keybinds or in my Razer Synapse profile. This has never occurred in any other game.
What should be happening instead? It should just adjust the volume
