I've seen some similar reports of this happening on the Nintendo Switch. We've been gathering up reports over at this thread:

Hi @Shinku25, 

This happens sometimes when there's a rank reset. Usually it will fix itself after you play a few ranked matches. Try playing some ranked games, and it should sync back up in the lobby.
