Ranked Still Not Working

Ranked matches are still not working for me.  They never score or update.  I had originally completed 10/10 placement matches but the skill rating went to 0.  Still no changes after all the patches.  I have reinstalled the game multiple times.

i am also having trouble with my rank on xbox. it seems to be frozen in place

Same here. Unbelivable that after over 10 days they still don't have some kind of fix on that! 

As always, we paid the price for a EA full game and what we have? Bugs and issues! And they don't even care about it.
