Ranked Penalty For game Crashing

I have 153 minutes right now for penalties because the game is keep crashing and to make it even worse if I am penalized I cannot even play normal game mode so I might as well delete the game. Please Fix this error my E.A. name and Psn is francisrules please help me I’m Gold about to be Platinum I cannot go for Apex predator if the error keeps on knocking my grind
