Ranked Mode doesn't work when in pre-made party [ Edited ]

Whenever I'm in a pre-made party my ready button does not work and stays grey. I tried leaving the party and coming back, tried leaving the game, tried turning my console off but it does not work. It just stays stuck and doesn't  ready up. It says 'player needs to be level 10 to play mode'. 

I'm playing on ps4 from South Africa
