Ranked Glitch

Hey guys. So recently and also alot in season 2, I started the game and went into ranked mode, but it sent me into a regular game. I won the game and saved the video and noticed I didn't get any points. I went back to double check and sure enough I did try to play ranked. I ended up winning the game and not getting the points I should have gotten. I've already been in chat with EA. They passed it over to another team and is looking into the glitch. clearly too see you pressed play apex first.

you see its says ''matchmaking'' and after ''starting server.'' (right before u switched too ranked)

so u were already matchmade for normal mode, eventho you pressed ranked after.

Also u could have seen for urself it doesnt show any ranks in game.

@l71xwjh6u5nk I think it happens sometimes when you change playlists fast and immediately search for a match.
Also you were searching for a normal game and maybe the matchmaker found you a game and it was too late to change to Ranked or cancel the match.
