Rank 10 trophy issue!

Hiya I've got this issue in my trophy for ps4, after getting looking at the trophy for battlefield 1 I've noticed that the trophy for reacjing rank ten has not been awarded to me, I'm rank 72 and nothing yet. I'm inquiring if I have to have all classes at rank ten or if I am experiencing problems thankyouu in advance to any suggestions put forth

Have you tried to contact Sony about this? Also, try to clear cache memory for Battlefield 1, does this work?
