Yes I did.

 

I uninstalled this garbage game.Doesn't happen anymore.

I recently have been playing vermintide 2 and lo and behold.The same exact 2 mini frametime spike pattern shows up in vermintide 2 and it occurs at the same rate.

 

What do they have in common? Easy anti cheat.
