Random micro stutters might be caused by the anti cheat.

Fast forward this month after starting to play vermintide 2 and I'm getting the same exact frametime spike with the same rate of occurance.Both use the same anti cheat.

The specific frametime spike doesn't pop up in WOW/single player games just FYI so it has to be something to do with anti cheat.

I've been experiencing this issue too. what helped for me was repairing the game via the origin games launcher and that fixed a lot for me. although I still experience this but it's not that often anymore.
