Random Black Screens in SWToR

My wife has been playing Old Republic and getting random black screens. Game does not freeze or anything. It still plays in the background. It lasts about 5 seconds and comes back. It happens quite alot. She is running a new PC about 4 months old. It has a Ryzen 7, AMD RT 580 Graphics and 16gigs of memory. So I know her PC can handle the game. Any help? I already checked drivers and they are up to date.
