Random 5000 apex coins

When I got on apex today I was randomly given 5000 apex coins. I was very excited about it and didn’t think much about it. Then after 5 minutes I check my bank account and saw that I wasn’t charged for it. I was very happy I spent it on new characters and packs. But about 6 hours later I go to spend 10 dollars on more coins to buy Wattson but I realized that I want getting them. I then spent 2 dollars on cod points and got them but also had no charge them on my bank account. I also was not charged for my apex coins that I didn’t receive. I am wondering if it’s a bank error or if something else is in play. If it makes it easier I play on Xbox

Update: The charges went through and showed that I spent 30 dollars on apex coins trying to figure out the problem. The only thing is that I didn’t revive any of the coins that it said I bought.

i had a similar problem I am still trying to sort out but it's the opposite I bought apex coins and they haven't appeared on my account
